Rudy using queer and homosexual and pretty much every other retro-term instead of gay was hilarious. I kept waiting for him to call Richard Hatch a fudge-packer or a butt-pirate.

Rudy singlehandedly brought the word "queer" back into the American lexicon, I think. We didn't have any Queer Eye for the Straight Guy until Survivor came around. It's hard to believe this show used to be that big, honestly. I remember hating Rudy when I first watched Borneo but when I rewatched it, I understood why he was the original fan fave. His friendship with Hatch was really genuine and it's the kind of thing I miss from this show that's been excised in favor of non-stop strategy.

Hell it's hard to believe Queer Eye for the Straight Guy was ever a thing.

It was nice to see old footage of Probst before his receding hairline as well.

They all look so thrilled to not only sitting in the audience, which was a first, but also getting less screentime than Boston Rob, Rudy and a random tween, none of whom were even on this season.

OMG that was the most AWKWARD part of the whole lame reunion. Why did Probst even do that? She had nothing to say, she was underaged, and she looked about as comfortable as one of the girls they pulled out of that house in Cleveland last week.

Worst Reunion show ever. Not sure why the rest of the cast had to sit in the audience. Malcolm's acting in the soap opera was a joke. Horrible. And Probst barely talked to any of the other members on the jury.

Im gald Cochran won, The season didnt end so badly, and overall I had fun with this season much more than other previous season

- What Brenda did to dawn was not cool at all, but Dawn is freaking annyin that I really didnt mind
- The reunion show sucked hardcore !! why the people voted off pre-merge were sitting in the audience ?? Thats rude to em !! LOL
- Brandon and brenda not attending the reunion sucked a bit.


Now they're going to film season 27 Blood Vs Water... fomr what I heard, and the cast I've seen... I m not really looking forward to it

Well, Brenda not attending the reunion was understandable because she looked like her water was two seconds away from breaking on camera, and they had an extended segment with her. I think Brandon and the Hantz family actually got banned from the reunion because everyone else was uncomfortable by the thought of him being there and that pissed off Russell. It's probably why they shoved the pre-merge people out in the audience, hoping nobody would notice that Brandon was missing.

And it's a pathetic testament to Jeff's interviewing skills that even with half the cast removed, he STILL didn't ask a question to everybody sitting on the stage with him. Michael, Eddie, Erik and Sherri were all ignored. You know, 60% of the people who made the finale we'd just watched, including one of the women who just finished in shared second place. Wouldn't want to interview her, nope.

But I'm glad at least that Sherri got an unusually charitable "She's a millionaire in real life anyway!" shoutout from Probst before he read the votes. That was a nice fuck-you-cuz-Sherri-still-wins-at-life-and-can-buy-and-sell-most-of-your-sorry-asses to all the people who treated her like crap during Final TC.

I actually hated the Brenda to dawn "take your teeth out." My stomach turned when she did that.

At the reunion Jeff talked over everyone except BR and Rudy. The little girl got spooked because he kept talking, talking, talking before he got around to her after she stood up.

I would have jumped ans screamed if Eddie had actually made f3 because of the bar/dog story. And he is kind of endearing once away from Reynold. I also liked the info when Eric was experiencing vertigo. Has that medical guy never heard of meclazine? It was more likely an inner ear problem than anything else. Although vertigo can put some people down for days.

Their clue showing the blood sinking in water was obviously showing that "blood is thicker than water." So they definitely are doing the family thing. Some players are new, some will be more "favorites". I am guessing that family members will be on opposite tribes. Sibling against sibling, offspring against parents, and unfortunately I dare say nephew against uncle.

Yes, you can bet on the Hantz's returning next season. Brandon was not in the reunion last night. Not because he was banned, but because he is in the northern Philippines where shooting starts this week. So his dear uncle is there too. The reason the rest of the reunion cast was not on stage (for the first time in Survivor history) is because they did not want to draw attention to Brandon being absent and make people suspicious.

I like the final three.
Dawn was way strong at showing her game. I am pissed at Malcolm for not voting for her after her great job. He falls down a bit. Reynold should have given her something after what he made her do. I am debating on giving him least favoite and replacing Terry, but I am not sure about that yet. And Brenda was so uncalled for. Another vote that should have gone to Dawn. I am happy with the winner, but Dawn should have recieved at least two votes.

Sherri had something great to use at final tribal, but she did not say it right. To be forgotten is a strong place in a tribe. She was there for every vote that she needed to be to end up in the finals.

The reunion was horrible. Why was half the cast not on stage? Why did we only talk to about five cast members? And why so much focus on old seasons? Oh yeah, because we are being tested on if we remember Gervase for next season. I would rater Blood vs Water be a new cast than returners. I would rather people not know who is with whom in that season. People will be safer when their pair is gone.

Brandon is not on this season, Russell hated the gimmick publicly on his Twitter, the Hantz family really was banned from the reunion according to Yau-Man and Russell even tweeted last night that the reunion was horrible. I don't think S27 has even started filming yet and none of the Hantz guys were on any of the rumored cast lists that have been coming out and changing for the last few weeks. Aras, Rob C, Gervase, Rupert, Terry and/or Tyson are the five returning men I keep seeing mentioned.
