I'm kind of amazed no one's talking about this.

A crazy, alcoholic and violent bi guy who's as gay as I am.

A mucho macho lesbian who only hangs with the men.

A gorgeous hunk who's absurdly homophobic, but uses more facial and hair care products than any woman I've ever met. And who shaves his legs!

The dumb blond guy who's homely and overweight, but thinks he's God's gift to women.

Two very nice girls who seem much too mature for the Real World.

And a dumb blond girl who's going to fall for the hunk and then get hurt.

What more could one ask of MTV casting?
 
I have been watching The Real World ever since the first Las Vegas season, season 11 or 12? Whatever, but honestly, for me ever since the Austin season, this series has gone down the shitter. I haven't even watched the past few seasons, but I loved the first San Diego season and the previews for this season looked promising.

I have to say, I am actually enjoying this season so far. We have some interesting characters. I like all of the girls, Ashley is the typical dumb blond though, but she isn't too annoying yet. I agree with Alexandra being too mature, but she seems to be enjoying herself so far. I also quite like Priscilla and Sam.

The boys, well... Zach is hot, and that's it. Nate is absolutely full of himself for no reason, I think he's completely unattractive and his personality is annoying as shit too - am I the only one who loves how homophobic he is towards Frank, yet he screams and prances around like a little girl a lot? Frank is definitely psychotic, but he's still a cutie and he keeps things interesting.

Can't wait until next week when Frank brings a guy home - it looks like shit is going to hit the fan yet again between Frank and Nate.

And, they keep skipping over Atlanta.
 
This season is boring to me. I have watched every season since Chicago. I think they need a new twist to the show. Their whole structure has become old. Not to mention drinking and hooking up every night. They should volunteer in the communities they are placed in instead of "working," which is just a way to get promotion for the company.

The Real World started going downhill with the first Las Vegas series after the woman who created the show died. It's been pretty much nothing but booze znd hook-ups ever since.

And yet I still watch, mostly to see how the cast will react to the inevitable gay house members.

I can see differences of opinion about Zach. Sometimes on the screen he just looks OK and other times really hot (to me anyway.)

In any case he's very homophobic, unless he hiding something. He certainly has a huge ego.
 
I do feel for Frank. Especially when he was talking about his parents. Honestly I think a big part of his struggle is that he is just gay but trying to be bisexual.

But he is nuts for hitting on random straight guys at the club like that.
 
Truthfully that scene of Zach with the tight shorts was mouth wateringly good and then later in his jeans. Have mercy.
 
I think Zach is ridiculously pretty. Thing is, that can be almost a turn off for me sometimes. I think we're just scratching the surface as to how out of his mind Frank might be, but damn if he ain't hot as all hell!!! The bi thing--no problem with bi's at all, and I DO think they exist, but Frank's kidding himself imo.

What I can't wrap my head around is, where EXACTLY did Nate get the idea that he's the shit? Or why I'm kinda crushing on Sam, lol.

Yea I aint buying the bi thing with Frank either.

I said earlier Sam, especially in those confessionals looks like a cute boy. It kinda pisses me off.
 
I love Sam. How open and free she is and such a cutie, too.

Frank is a total mess and if he ever gets his shit together it will be a surprise because he is seriously fucked about his anger, his drinking, his sexuality, his life. He has so much pain racking his soul that it has to explode and I am thinking he is in the perfect envirment to have it happen - much like that str8 asswipe in the last RR Washington, who became so violent when drinking and could not see himself for the sludge he is.

Zach is pretty but with a butt and body like that his pretty can lay all over me.

I like the girl whose Mom drove her to the house and who lives in SD. I like that her Mom doesn't try to quell her lifestyle.
 
^I dont like that girl at all. SHe just seems like an airhead that goes along with whatever. I hate how she let that ugly red idiot make out with her then started a mini-drama by kinda making it seem like she was forced. Plus her ass is too young and the roomies have to limit going out to accommodate her.
 
I had stopped watching Real world after a hundred years on being on air, but I did happen to catch a episode of this new SD season and that guy Frank is real crazy well scripted crazy like all the rest of them
 
I feel (aka understand) a lot of Frank's pain and just hate that he hasn't recognized that he needs real help. He really wants to be loved and just has been burned so much in his life.

You know why that is that way? Atlanta equals blacks (and gays but mainly black gays), and we all know MTV doesn't want too many 'negros' on air on any one show. See what happened with RW: NYC (2000) and how well that turned out with 3 black cast members. If they were to do an Atlanta season then they would have to have more 2 black members and at least 1 black gay member. MTV is like Bravo, they wouldn't show nothing but the stereotypical...
 
Watching the aftershow right now, and I gotta say I'm on Team Zach right now. I think he's honestly uncomfortable with homsexuality, which I attribute to it not being something he's used to. I'm not gonna hate him for being ignorant. I feel like, while he was uncomfortable with Frank bringing home a dude, he was more disgusted about them getting it on over every square inch of the house. Let's face it--that's kinda gross. I was all for Frank gettin' his swerve on, until he started talking about hot tub sex, & leaving used condoms in the shower...that's just filthy, and disrespectful. Zach seems to be awfully prissy for a str8 guy, so I can understood his reaction.

Physically, I think he's one of the hottest guys they've had on RW--don't have a set type, but Frank leans more towards the guys I usually go for, still he's a bit of bitch, and that ain't hot. I think Zach's got a really pretty face, which I'm getting into, but I'm also noticing how small his head is on top of that hot body. Good thing he's got that mane of hair. Makes it less noticeable.

Sam's a fucking MACK!!! Girlfriend's got game..|
 
Last night's show was one of the most offensive, to me, shows I have seen on RR. The only person who came out of that mess with their soul intact was Sam.
