I feel like one of the threads I've recently created is going to experience some serious floppage. Although, I really liked that thread, I created it in one of my rare sentimental moments.

i know how that feels, man but at the same time, you just gotta leave it be. if it flops, it flops. if it blows up, it blows up.

anyways, i'm going to post this video because i'm watching it right now and i'm interested in it. honestly, sometimes, i get a bit hestiant to say what i want to say or post whatever i want to post because certain people in here just can't let shit fly without making a damn issue over nothing. as long as it doesn't violate the guidelines, i don't think i should feel that way because of a few posters not having anything better to do on their hands besides looking for whatever.



the last time i posted a similar video with a bunch of black guys just talking about whatever, some posters just took it out of context. once again, some people have nothing better to do than to look for drama and then they dwell on it trying to follow someone around for days on end because they have nothing better to do.

And don't be afraid of criticism. This week I was called "troll" three times in a roll. It just happens. At the end of the day, this is the internet. Words can't hurt you. It's just words on a screen.

Btw, race issues has a tendency to go bad real fast. So be very explicit in your description about which aspects of the video you would like to discuss.

i wasn't going to make a thread about the video. was going to make a thread about something entirely different though.

and criticism is hard to stomach though. i'm sensitive, fragile, easy to provoke, quick tempered, and have low self esteem/self confidence so the slightest criticism could just set me off the wrong way. even on the internet. that's why i find it hard sometimes to just let things go when certain people say things directed at me that rub me the wrong way. smh. it's another thing to work on.

and i'm not a fan of talking about race issues whether they're involving within a group or between two groups. on this other forum that i go to, i was about to get into a fallout with some people about a video where some guy who's into afrocentricism and black studies talking about talking the problems going on in black america. there were some posters that were ready to start talking about how america was screwing over black people and making many blacks be ignorant and do the things they do. i decided to go off talking about have too many black people outthere blaming white people for being ignorant and mistreating themselves and other black people like them. that's not to say that racism isn't still present but there's black people in america that don't realize that they're their own worst enemies screwing themselves over. there were some black posters ready to say that i was a sellout or i was an uncle tom or whatever. crazy.
