Well, this is the classic "steroid" look, common to bodybuilders in the '70s (like Arnold and nearly everyone else!). Grainy skin, flushed skin on the face.
It's not a look that appeals to me, but many guys fantasize about someone like this.

Any idea who this is? He has a Bible verse tattoo of Philipians 4:13--I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I love it.

Leaving aside why a gorgeous, god given, gym enhanced, body should be marred by a tattoo, shouldn't the tattoo be upside down or laterally inversed so he can read it in the mirror?
