a gay comedy set in a bath house in NYC

he runs about it in a towel for the majority of the movie
 
Back in the late '70s, Treat was in a movie called "The Ritz" and he played an undercover cop, pretending to be gay, to expose any "shenanigans" going on. If I remember correctly, The Ritz was a bathhouse or a hotel. Anyways, Treat runs around in a towel for most of the movie, trying to entice solicitations. The movie is hilarious, if you get the opportunity to rent or buy it, you should. I think Rita Moreno, and F. Murray Abraham are in it too.
