Tyra Banks "I hate Being Gay"

Oh for the love of god. What's with all these gay themed episodes from Tyra?

Oh.....well the title states it all. The only reason that someone would hate being gay would be:

1) They don't have enough balls to stand the people that tease them.

2) They're ugly and decided to be straight 'cause no person found them "attractive"(they were probably conceded)

3) Finally, just to please their parents. They would not want to be abandoned by their family.(term, momma's boy...pappa's girl...whatever)

And you know this is true!

But can't wait to watch the show! !oops!

I saw the one that had Aaron James....I like how he looks all scruffy.:gogirl:

Just when you think Tyra cant get more fucking idiotic. For a long time I tried to rationalize Tyra's outrageous ignorance with her not having any malicious intent. But her antics have gone on long enough. Somewhere in that huge noggin she has to realize that her methods are counterproductive to the gay community.

As someone else said she has turned something that is meant to be about gay men into something that is about victimizing women. These dumb bitches that decide to get involved with gay men are stupid and deserve no sympathy or attention. Would it be so hard for Tyra to tackle of issue of self-loathing gays without involving women? Why are so many stupid gay people fans of this treacherous woman? I can't believe she won an Emmy for this bullshit.

Even worse is when the bitch has queeny comedians and gossip bloggers come in to give straight people advice on relationships.

wtf is Tyra thinking.

AND WHY

would people choose to be apart of this episode?

i would like at least one talk show to have a, "I'm Gay and Proud, but i'm also just like you" segment or something jeez

I don't think gay people need to show how they are just like straight people. I dont think gay people are just like straight people. They're gay. but we all deserve human rights and equal respect. I dont compare gayness and race across the board, but they can be related. For example, I'm Black/Asian/Italian, I think I look mostly black so I identify as black. I'm not just like a white person and I don't have to show them how alike we are in order to be treated with respect. There's no need to pander and neuter gay people to make straight people comfortable. But Tyra needs to stop perpetuating often false stereotypes.

well, tyra's demographic is mainly young women, so this is the shit that interests them. they want the drama. not "i'm gay and i'm 'normal'".

hell, i'll watch though.

It was Dean who lied about what he really likes sexually on the gay for pay episode
You cant go inside Dean's head and find out what he really likes. No one knows what he really likes sexually but him. The bigger issue is Tyra and her audience making all these poopy faces and passing negative judgment. Aaron james, despite what you think his sexuality is, made an excellent point for Tyra and all the stupid whores in her audience by saying that people are only having a problem with them because people have a problem with gay people. Most the men onstage, whether they were gay or not, are respectful and huge supporters of the gay community. Tyra is the ignorant fool who says that thinks if guys are put certain care and grooming not their appearance they are gay.

This makes me sick, and some gay people call her a gay icon?!

Tyra has had several shows that included gays and she stands up for us. One would think you would be appreciative of her efforts to be inclusive. She even got one boy out of a bad neighborhood where he was gay bashed. She has included gays in shows where the topic wasn't gayness.

It could be worse, she could do a "I used to be gay" show.

I don't get all the indignation. There ARE some gay folks out there who are uncomfortable with their homosexuality, despite all the "gay and ok" sentiments other people may have. Why not let them get their angst off their chest, and tell their story?
That would be ok with me. But if you see the promos, the Tyra show is making it all about how gay men are victimizing women and tricking women into being with them. They even have this one dopey slut who is married to a man who says he is gay and she's on stage about to cry.

I only caught the last guy(blue shirt, plucked eyebrows, really cute)...I didn't understand him. It seems like he enjoys sleeping with men...but he wants to have a wife and kids...so it didn't really seem like he hated being gay...he just wanted a "normal" family. Which I mean I guess is fine for him...but he needs to realize that gay men can have kids and have a "normal" family. Like Tyra said..he doesn't need to go to the I hate being gay seminar he needs to go to the i like being me and i'm gay seminar.

I remember that first season show where she yelled at those very conservative right-wing homophobes and I thought that was nice.

I do think her audience is a bit naive and misinformed. I hate their expressions when the camera pans on them...It's so judgmental. I did HATE (and I mean HATE) the "gaydar" episode she did last year. That was hard for me to sit through and watch without scoffing and uttering obscenities (to myself LOL).

BTW, that first guy sounds absolutely ridiculous.

^^ TalkinTotheRain, did you hear the audience clapping whenever she/they mentioned something about him finding her attractive or that she married him? It was basically like, "Yeah, she actually got one! Go, girl!"

Tyra is still ignorant as hell because she still thinks gay men are supposed to be feminine. She basically told that first idiot that gay men who are "harder and more masculine" are probably in the closet. This person should not be allowed to have a television show.

that goor tia, falling in love with these little gay twinks.
