Van Darkholme

Van was born in Vietnam and spent some of his early years there with his mother and step-father. Later I believe he relocated with his family to Kentucky(?). If you check out the journal this month on his website, he writes how the Lunar New Year reminds him of Tet and his experiences in Vietnam.

right, i have met guys from vietnam with van as part of their name but it is chinese and they are chinese vietnamese!

i can tell van darkholme was not born in the usa because of his slight accent--it is american but not pure american accent.

very very few se asian guys have van darkholme's build! they are mostly short and lean.

but its not common. van darkholme's build is extraordinary either in the US or in Vietnam.

1) se asians can hardly grow big muscles like his. van's pecs are really amazing which need lots of workout as well as protein

2) white guys can hardly achieve such a small and lean waist as van's. if you look at van's video, the white guys in it are all quite buff but they are not as lean as van as they all have a layer of body fat as well as a bigger waist.

3) big pecs, broad shoulders and small and lean waist with 6 pack, make van darkholme's build outstanding and incomparable.
