That the 'New JUB' might have looked better on paper

than it delivers in reality. It seems to have lost a

fairly large chunk of the CACHE that many of us had

held it up as an example to other groups and quite a

FEW old members seem to be drifting away...unless

that was part and parcel of the plan.
