For me it is when a guy is wearing baggy shorts (meaning baggy around the legs) and they are sitting and you can almost see the goods. Even more so if the guy has nice legs that are hairy too......

Yes... this definitely gets my attention when I see it. I also find it really hot when guys have that shaggy hair thing going on
 
i love it when a little tuft of chest hair is peeking out over the top of his shirt collar. or when his boxers are just a little bit higher than his jeans.
