I don’t care for a guy wearing cologne. That being said I once complimented a straight friend on smelling nice and he embarrassed the hell out of me. :lol: I can’t remember what he was wearing but it smelled really good on him.

A few months ago, I passed by some guy in a grocery store wearing something I liked. As I recall, he might have been good looking, too. Unfortunately, he was with a woman that I assumed was wife/girlfriend/significant other/mistress. Not that even if he were A) gay and B) available that he'd be interested in me...but one can always dream...

Another memory: in 7th grade, i stood by a boy after PE. He had a scent that I thought was soap (from one of those highly scented American soap brands). It was a turn on. Pitiful getting turned on by a mass market soap, I know. Although part of that might not have been so much the scent as the thought of him using said soap in the showers...

Although...I also think there is probably something to be said for natural smell, as others have said. However, it doesn't have to be either/or--well, it does at a specific moment, but it's not like today's scent application is something you're stuck with like a tattoo.

I agree! I love a man's natural scent, but with a fragance in the right places.
 
my favorite fragarance/cologne



well since I live near Cologne it´s obvious I use them
this is my long time favourite.
Eau Sauvage was introduced in 1927 and is still here which is kinda rare in the world of fragrances.
It matches perfectly with my natural body scent - my friends love it on me.

At the moment it's an old throwback Aqua Gio by Armani.

Smells like a thousand bars of clean soap to me. :)
