Maybe it is because his statement was sarcastic?

An unnamed fellow Jubber's voice really turns me on, I have heard it on the phone a few times.

No doubt about it BARRY WHITE. That mans voice makes me "moist"..... LoL well not really. I just wanted the chance to say moist.

First and Foremost: my partner, who has that sultry sexy Spanish accent that drives me crazy.
But, if you mean someone famous, I'd go with Ralph Fiennes.

A guy at my new job, his name is Bill, and he's got a voice I quite like. It's deep and smooth. Very nice. He's not bad himself either, looks great, great personality, and single. But I'm pretty confident he doesn't swing my way. A man can dream though.

James Taylor, the singer, back in the 70s when he still had hair and youth. His voice is a combination of New England relaxed and softened by the youthful summers he spent in North Carolina. He was married to Carly Simon for about 30 seconds once. I always loved his singing of "Handyman" and imagined him singing it softly to me in the darkness of a warm, down home, summer night. The fantasy thereafter included several variations wherein I jumped his bones repeatedly, but that's a different story. Anyway, he was sexy !!

Franklin Delano Roosevelt giving one of his Fireside Chats.
