I post them for fun, see what someone thinks about them, even though its not always good comments I get.
 
I don't anymore. I just learned that pictures guarantee nothing, people lie and you never know when your picture might get ripped off and abused. I'm more comfortable meeting face to face.
 
Pics, just for fun really, bit of exhibitionism. Not really too worried what people think, I'm quite happy with my body and that is all that matters. When I make videos of myself being a muppet that's for others enjoyment as I like videos of others performing muppetry.
 
Cuz it's fun to put a face with a name. But even if there's no face, it doesn't matter. Personalities are even more important.
 
I think having a face to match with the name makes us seem like real people. In that sense, it's immaterial whether the face is your own or not--just so long as it's consistent. That said however, my pic is my own.

But why would people post pics that aren't theirs? Why would someone, for example, pull somebody else's pic off the net or something (like people who post pics of 'porn stars') and claim the pic to be them?

That doesn't make any sense to me.
 
I've never posted a complete pic of me on the internet, and never will. However, I've posted many other kinds of pics (where I live, places I've been to, things I've seen or am interested in, funny pics etc etc) just to share with fellow Jubbers and in the hope that they might enjoy looking at them, too. It's always nice to get a compliment about a pic you've shared.

Some people don't want to post their pics on the net--especially on gay sites, porn sites, or gay porn sites. Others are insecure and don't like the way they look. There are all sorts of reasons why people like to maintain their anonymity.

I don't really get why it's such an issue. As far as this site's forums go, I'm here for the posts. The pics help me remember who is who--far more than the names--but I don't care if it's the real pic. Post a pic of a chocolate pie, and I'll think you're witty.
 
I post pics for fun only. And I'm not worried what people think or what they do with my pics. Sometimes I also do a small camming session if I feel like. :wave:

Well, I understand that. But I wouldn't use somebody else's pics. I just wouldn't post any at all.

It's not really an issue with me, just wondering :)

ditto... plus, since I find it nice to know the face of those you are talking with, it would only be fair for me to offer the same in return. A bit of a 2-way street if you will.

because i'm a cocky asshole, i know that i'm attractive and have never had to push for compliments. i just don't want to deny the world my beauty in any way, so here i am.
 
I don't post them. In fact, I don't even know how. Embarassing I know. But no one has ever taught me and I've never taken the initiative to find out how. Have chatted with a couple of guys on-line before and they send me pics and want me to send them mine and I have to tell them I can't. They didn't believe me. Sucks. I'm sure it's pretty easy but I'm clueless when it comes to this kind of stuff. How do I get a picture that I hold with my hands to his computer??
