Zane, your scenes with Austin were electric and exhibited a kind of magic which is just not prevalent in 99% of porn scenes.It was this "realness" that developed the audience. We know or can sense real from acting. You have been candidly elusive on some subjects but that is your choice. Why is it important for you to keep in touch with your loyal fan base when you could have slid into the night?Have you ever met any guy with whom you have had an attraction (beside Austin)? Well, that's just it- loyalty. My fans/friends are some of the best people I know. While building our site, we were financially broke and our supporters would send us food and donated money to help us realize that dream. I couldnt imagine turning my back on all of those people. When I set out to make AZ, I wanted it to be a place where our members felt like they were a part of something, not just a paying subscriber. Even when I felt that we weren't meeting our obligations, you guys gave us the benefit of the doubt and still stayed loyal to us. It is to those supporters why I still keep threads like these going, I owe it to many of you out there. I never would have imagined that by selling the site it would have crumbled the way it did and there's a small part of me that wants to make it up to you guys!

As far as negating any gay association, I've never cared what people think I am, it's just amusing at how ruffled some of their feathers get because I don't sleep with guys in my private life yet they come to these blogs with such conviction and they know me better than I know myself! I wrote a book and was very honest about the emotions and feelings that I went through- nobody has spent more time dissecting me than I have.

I don't know Zane from Adam, only he turned in some damned convincing performances. But then I also think that most gay4pay performers are just that, even when they turn in convincing performances. Even Zane's buddy 'Connor', who I don't doubt for a second is straight.

It is, you'll allow, a truly unique, 21st century situation: two friends are physically intimate for money only one or the other begins to experience the deeper feelings associated with intimacy, even though they go against his fundamental nature. I imagine it could get ugly real fast. It's at least as likely that it's Austin who had the love-fit -- he seems to be the one trying hardest to assert his heterosexuality.

We should all simply be grateful that a true 'insider' has decided to join out chat.

I am confused as to why so many are obsessed with trying to make Zane say he's something he's not. Read his book and get over it...Zane is a hot -sexy guy that any gay man would love to have playing on their team. Unfortunately for gay men, Zane prefers pussy to dick in his private life. Earlier today Zane tweeted a picture of himself with the following comment "Does my bicep look oddly “square” here or is that normal?" I think that the only way I could hope to correctly answer that question would be would a close (very close) personal inspection - purely for the sake of science.

Personally, I don't think we push personal/private issues as Zane might (understandably) blow us off. I'm just glad he's here. He'll disclose whatever he feels comfortable making public. Leave the ball in his court.
