What secrets? lol I just became nuerotically concience of how many calories i was taking in and run (well now bike, cos i just bought a new stationary bike) for an hour every day. Actually thats bad cos you need a day of rest but i feel really really depressed if i dont go. i need to work on that. but other than that thats it. although im a little dissapointed on how i look visually, i know that'll follow suite once i get down lower.
