Googling reveals that the taller one is called Kiko and he and his partner Christina started a dance project on the Spanish island of Majorca some years ago. They now tour Europe introducing the "sensual Bachata style" to dance studios and other events, evidently with great success.

I'm not sure if Pablo and his partner Raquel are part of the same set-up but they also tour Europe doing the same kind of thing. There are loads of YouTube vids of each guy dancing with their respective girls but seemingly just one of Kiko and Pablo with each other. Clearly it was done just for fun but they looked like they were really into it! At any rate, they make a gorgeous and sexy couple.
