Curiousity- why minor bleeding?

I just had the best sex I've had for awhile, he was grabbing my hips and fucking me so hard and deeper than ever before.

My question is simply out of curiousity-- I know it is normal to bleed sometimes afterwards, and I did indeed bleed a tiny bit. There is no pain, just the normal discomfort that follows an intense session.

My question is where is this bleeding coming from? They say a little bit is healthy and not harmful, and normal after crazy anal sex. But where is this small amount of blood coming from?

It is just proof that you had a right good reaming and enjoyed every minute of it. I think it comes from the blood vessels near the surface of your anal lining. That's why it feels so good.

I don't know where you get the idea it is healthy?? Only a physician could tell you if you seriously harmed yourself.

I don't mean it's HEALTHY lol, sorry.

But I meant to say that a small amount of blood is normal if it doesn't last long and is very little, after anal sex. It's considered typical, and there is no pain.

That makes sense that it's just coming from the tiny blood vessels just beneath/inside the anal lining.

STD's have nothing to do with it, I'm clean guys ;)

You know, you can disregard my original post, marleyisalegend, because you don't understand the gist of it. You keep talking about STD's and stuff.

There is no ONGOING problem... it's over. It was for a short period of time right afterwards. Everything is fine, I was just asking a question about mechanics. It's very typical for this to happen, especially when you haven't had anal sex for awhile.

Well I am not experiencing any pain, there is no bleeding anymore, and I've gone to the bathroom (#2) and been perfectly fine.

To answer my own question I originally posted, I think the small amount of pink/blood you notice when you go to the washroom after is from the anal lining, because it is very thin and does bleed very easily, if even just ever so slightly.

It IS from tiny blood vessels in the anal lining. It IS also why anal sex makes us more susceptible to sexual transmitted disease. It DOES NOT mean you HAVE a sexually transmitted disease.

What you are experiencing is some local trauma to the membrane lining in the anus. This area has a lot of blood vessels that have a tendency to dilate and form hemorrhoids. When there is stretching or friction applied to the area, it will bleed- much in the same manner that your gums bleed after flossing with a hard toothbrush.

If your partner has a wide penis or there's a lot of vigorous fucking, it is not unusual to have some bleeding, however it is preferable not to bleed since this is a sign of trauma to the area.

You can reduce the incidence of bleeding by spending a little more time on prep- having your partner apply a generous amount of lube with his fingers until you've relaxed.
