I haven't seen a thread about this before, so I thought I'd start one.

Does anyone else watch this show? I swear, I think it might be one of the funniest shows I have ever seen (including "The Office" which I also love.) There have been points where I had to pause it because I was either laughing so hard or had tears in my eyes and couldn't see the TV.

I just watched the entire first season last week, which was about 20 episodes !oops! just in case I missed anything the first time around.

Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin do a fantastic job.

It is critically acclaimed, but I know that NBC wants its viewership to be up (reminds me of the Arrested Development situation at Fox) and if it got canceled I would be really upset.

So - any takers? ;)
 
I LOVE this show. Its the funniest show on TV right now. I love the whole cast. (except that bald guy...)
I think its a shame more people don't watch it.
 
The one two weeks ago with "MILF Island" was hysterical! Erection Cove? and -

Oh, and I have to add something else from a previous episode that made me laugh so hard...

The one where Jenna got botox and collagen, and she kinda looked like a clown?

Jenna: "Admit it, I look 10 years younger..."
Liz: "No, even younger - you look like a fetus!"
 
I love this show. I've seen every episode. I think the Jenna pathetic moments are the funniest. They have been absent from recent episodes. I love Jonathan too and I think he's hot. It's about time they have a cute indian guy where they're not just mocking his ethnicity. I wish they used him more. but i think they stay away from overusing him because the bitchy gay assistant is kind of getting overdone.

Jack's republican megalomania would be funnier if it wasn't so true. I think Jack and Liz's relaitonship is the heart of the show. i could do with less tracey and even less kenneth. but i learned a lot about the whole page thing. which i never heard of until this show.

Seriously, I could sit here and list quotes and just laugh and laugh...

And I agree to that Liz and Jack make the show. Their relationship is hysterical. The parts with Jenna are funny too (and I agree aijalon, there hasn't been enough lately.) Jack is just so Republican that it's amusing.

Kenneth: "I don't like making choices, so when I vote, I just write down 'God.'"
Jack: "No, you're voting Republican. We count those too."
 
yeah, this show is pretty great.
all the actors are just perfect.
the guy that plays Kenneth is so funny. and Alec Baldwin is sexy as hell. i have a pretty big crush on Tina Fey, she's brilliant.

i love the part where Tracy's going to add someone to his entourage and him & Kenneth sing.

also: "we mostly just talked about Anderson Cooper"
 
I love this show, can't wait for new episodes :D. It really reminds me of Arrested Development (and I "squee-ed" with delight when I heard that Will Arnett - aka GOB - would be guest starring on it, he's so awesome!).

And I'll admit that I have a gay man's crush on Tina Fey ^^

Will Arnett is hot. But I don't like his obsession with Kenneth. It would be a little more believable is he were attracted to Johnathan or Two-fer. kenneth is so odd looking and sounding.

So, I am really really really excited for 30 Rock to come back on. I hope that more people watch it!

Plus, for some reason, you can see the Season Premeire already on nbc.com! (!)

Kathy Geist touched me in my bathing suit area....lol

can't wait for the rest....Jennifer Aniston playing a Jack stalker....Steve Martin, THE OPRAHS and others are all guest starring...it'll be a great season...
 
I think the ratings will go up a little this year. NBC is really hyping the popularity of Tina Fey's Palin impersonations on SNL and trying to bring that audience over to 30 Rock. I hope it works.

are they talking about canceling 30 Rock? we don't really get reception and don't have cable, so we can't watch TV. we torrent everything or wait for DVD. when season 2 of 30 Rock came out i watched it for a full day!

For some really weird reason, I didn't think this episode was as funny as the shows been in the past. Don't get me wrong, I love this show and wouldn't miss an episode. But something just seemed off tonight.

But Tracey in white-face was hilarious.
 
I absolutely love this show...I was having a shitty ass day yesterday and I come home from work and watch this episode and just cracked up for 30 minutes.

Tracy, giggle giggle, in white face and Jenna in black face singing "Ease on Down the Road" hahahahahah

and Oprah/Kimmie....I think I gave her wine
