How do I clean out my ass before anal sex, or even masturbation?

Hello All.
I know this is a widely asked question, but I am wondering for myeslf, as all the other questions do not completely help me.

How exactly does one clean out their ass?

I know that you can use an enema, or a douche? (Are they the same thing)
This can come in handy, if you are going on a date, and getting ready, and expecting sex.

But what if you are going to a bar, or you meet someone in an alley, or at the office, and a quickie (or longer) is wanted, but you haven't cleaned out your ass?
Should you be using a douche daily?

And masturbation.
I myself do not have a douche, so whenever I masturbate, with my fingers or others items, flakes of fecal material (for lack of a better word) come out on my fingers.

How do I prevent this?
I don't exactly want my roommate seeing a douche in our room.
Is there a better way to clean an ass out without a douche, or make sure its clean for masturbation, and non-planned sex?

English is not my primary language so I may be totally wrong, but I understand that enema is the activity and douche is the tool.

Anyway, I have douche as ahower head that is just about 4in long 1in wide tube that can be easily hidden, so I have not problem with my mother comming over and showering, or a roommate in your case.

As for the quickies, you can't be ready all the time, so you can either wait to get home to get ready or just go for it with the risk. As someone said in this forum some time before: If you are afraid of little poop on the dick, you shouldn't fuck anyone in the ass.

The same case is for masturbation - if you like putting things/fingers into your ass during masturbation, have enema if you feel like that and have the risk if you don't. If you are going out to a bar, there is a good chance you will find someone who wants to have sex with you. So, douche and shower before you go out.

Use a wet wipe every time you poop to keep your ass clean. I even stick it up my hole a little to get as clean as possible.

Eat lots of fiber. This will make your poop more solid and easier to keep you clean inside and out.

I have been told that there are variations in men with regard to the what shit is retained in the portion of the anal canal where the oartner's cock is likely to be able to move around.

You basically gotta have your fiber, whether through foods or a fiber supplement (chewable or powder) to empty your chute. After I crap, I hop in the shower and use my finger to throughly clean my hole and try to get a good amount of water in there while doing so. You should not use enemas unless there's a reason to use them. Daily enemas would be extremely unhealthy for your overall colon health.

It depends on what you're seeing. Your colon produces mucus- the same snotty material that your nose produces. So, if you're putting your finger in your ass and coming out with something on it, it's important to make a distinction between normal mucus and actual stool.

Stool shouldn't be in your rectum unless you're about to go to the bathroom. If you're putting your finger in your ass and finding stool most or all of the time, then you've got a motility problem. You should take a look at your diet and whether you're consuming enough fiber or you have a condition like irritable bowel disease.

More than likely, you're using too much water if you're using a shower hose. All that water does is 1) pool in your colon where it's likely to come out during sex and 2) trigger your bowel to move more poop forward which is more likely to make an appearance when you don't want it to.

The things you can do:

1. Don't eat a big meal before getting fucked. Big meals just make everything in your digestive system move forward.
2. In the shower before you are about to have sex, wash and then stick your finger in and see if there is any stool in your rectum. If there is not, then all you have to do is clean up with soap and water.
3. If there is something in your rectum, then you have the option of using an enema. All you need is the amount of water in a single commercial bulb enema which is about 100-150ml of water.
4. But again, enemas are generally not necessary unless you have a condition like irritable bowel or unless you have a fear of poop during sex.

I have to say this has been a source of trouble for my boyfriend and I, well..just me. But rather I often find I 'can't' have sex (I'm the bottom) shall we just say - often there is a evidence of stool in the rectum or even a little more. I think it's a dietary thing as I don't have any of the other symptoms of IBS or anything... I ALWAYS check before having sex. As gross as this thread is to read, it's pretty relevant. My boyfriend and I do have sex, but it isn't massively often. We both agree on it though.
