I’m honestly a little nervous writing this—I'm new here and still figuring a lot of things out. I'm a 40 year old chubby, married, bi guy, kind of shy by nature, and I haven’t had much experience when it comes to relationships or putting myself out there. But I’m trying to be braver, and joining this site felt like a good first step.
One thing I do love (and feel a little more confident about) is writing. I just started to post my first story in the Stories forum—it’s called The Sports Shop. It’s a bit nerve-wracking to share, but I poured a lot of myself into it, so if you read it, I hope it resonates in some way.
I’m here to explore, connect, maybe make some friends who understand what it’s like to be a little unsure, a little late to the party, but still excited to be here.
