No, fuck off you creepy pervert. Although the guy doesn't look that bad, it's deranged to follow others and take pics of them. The guy isn't a public person and despite taking off his swimwear in public, he retains privacy and you're not allowed to distribute pics of him on the internet or other medias.

Imagine someone did this with you - but then I doubt you can think so far.

This picture has been floating around for a while. But yes I agree, spy cams do annoy me so much. It perpetuates the idea that gay people are perverts and want to exploit heterosexual guys .

What about pics of people in locker rooms, or in public bathrooms? Or pics of people on their back decks? It doesn't seem like the folks who take these pictures have any respect for what "privacy" means.

It is quite clear that he is at a beach. A beach I am sure is not a private one, hence the picture. Its not like the person caught the guy having sex which would be a no no..

But to answer your question. Yes I find it a bit messed up that people take pictures of people in "those settings". But I'm not going to complain, I like viewing those pictures, but I personally would not take pictures and post them.
 
There is no more privacy. Cameras, cell-phones, spy-cams are everywhere. You go to the airport, they take nude x-ray pics of you and make fun of you later. Or get off to it. Cameras are mounted in stores, parking lots, street corners. You can't get away from it. Somebody, somewhere, is probably watching you or have some sort of pics of you. Sooo, you might as well watch them right back. Strangely, those pics of people in lockerrooms and restrooms are always a thrill to see. Just to see what they look like. It's watch and be watched. However, I doubt if I'd be watched very much. lol
As for the guy in the OP's post, not bad looking. And he was on a public beach, taking it off for all to see.. He probably didn't care who saw him, just a sign of the world we're living in.
 
He's so hot. I love voyeur spycam stuff. If you aren't into it, then don't look at spycam footage or stalk people. Simple as that.
 
Some of you guys need to calm down... He's at a public outdoor place(the beach), obviously he didn't care if people saw him. He might not like that his picture was taken or posted on a gay forum, but he shouldn't have been stripping down then. I do agree that pictures of guys peeing in bathrooms is wrong because there is a level of privacy that applies to "public" bathrooms but a beach is totally different.

As for the guy himself, he's quite handsome and I would love to see more, dressed or not ;-)

Just before changing maybe he figured, "ah who cares, it's the beach", and did not think "Whoa, wait a second! Someone may be photographing me as I stand at the water's edge, then follow me and continue to photograph me after I go back to my seating area to change and then post it for all to see." As titillating as it may be, IMO, not cool to take a photo of that man changing out, let alone post it. In any event, he should've put a towel around his waist prior to changing.
