I am freezing my ass off even with my temp set at 72F.

I use to work in a freezer. It was mostly not an issue. Now no matter what I do I am cold. On the plus side I am below 300 pounds again. I have not been this low since right before COVID. Maybe I need better fitting clothes or better controlled blood sugars.

Well done for getting your weight below 300 pounds. What's your target?

You're more likely to feel the cold if you're inactive. If you're up and about, the physical activity will help with that.

My ex weight loss doctor said to aim for 250 pounds. She thought that was a healthy weight for me. I would like to get to 200 pounds though. Not sure if possible.

It is if you have enough discipline and get enough physical exercise.

Certainly you have become clinically obese over a long period of time and it must be having many effects on health.

When you lose body fat you feel the cold more. And vice versa

Any physical activity that elevates your heart rate will stave off feeling cold. I like to chase activity with a hot cup of tea - it goes right to my toes.
