So I've been hanging out with a buddy of mine from work for about a month now. He's super cool, mature for his age...19...partially bc he's experienced a lot of hardships.

To me the handwriting is on the wall. When he comes over again and wants a massage you have to give it to him. If he leaves his pants on initially slide you hand under the waist and see how he reacts. I'm reading him as wanting you.
 
I am unsure if he is curious, but leave the next move up to him. If all he wants is a massage and you both enjoy that, good. In any event, you should consider how it will change your work situation.
