Always feel exhausted and can never concentrate

If you aren't a party animal, I'd say it is time for a complete physical. Go see a doctor and have a complete blood panel done. You're too young to be the typical candidate for low testosterone, but stranger things have happened.

A trip to you doctor for a physical is your best option.

I had the same thing, if your doctor exhausts all your options research some information on chronic fatigue.

As a long term sufferer of mild to moderate chronic fatigue I found great results after reading 'from fatigued to fantastic' by Jacob Teitelbaum.

After reading that I gradually increased;

CoQ10 suppliments
Better diet
Regular exercise
Methods for a better sleep
precursors for sammy (SAMe) reactions in my body.

The result? it has been 6 months since I started the changes, and although I am not 100% I am a HELL of alot better.

I no longer need sleep drugs to initiate sleep, and at most I occasionally take a melatonin suppliment to reduce restlessness during my sleep. (Circadin worked FANTASTIC but I cannot get it anymore).

Look for this book at your library, it helped me and it may help you too.

It sounds like some blood work is in order. Your thyroid could be off, like mine was with the same symptoms, but it could also be a myriad of other conditions.

Given your username I'm going to say its all in your head, or do to self-imposed stress.

You're judging me off a username? It was completely random, I'm by far a perfectionist. Completely unfair judgement.

Seriously, how can extreme fatigue, every day of my life, impaired functioning and awful concentration be all in my head?

Wow.
