Actually it's not just how different people react to the 3 drugs differently, it's also how the same drugs works very well sometimes and are ineffective other times for the same individual. Anyone else notice this?

Not sure if this is because these drugs allow for better sexual function however the mental aspect is also required. You can't take them and expect to get a hard on without mentally being aroused. Without the stimulation you won't get a erection. Plus for some people with severe ED they just won't work. Also food intake is in question and they have a pretty short time span when they are effective.
One time I used this drug called trazdone (Desyrel) given to help me sleep. Like a dope I took it because a Doctor prescribed it. Did no research on what it was. I got a erection a while after taking it. Wasn't trying to but hell I couldn't jack off or do anything and didn't get any sleep. It took several hours to go away, luckily I didn't have any long lasting effects from taking it.
I told my room mate the next day what had happened. That night I was at work my room mate thought what I told him sounded good so he popped a few of my pills. Then drank his nightly 12 pack of beer. He didn't get a hard on he nearly didn't get up the next couple of mornings and felt like hell. Very sick.
I had a allergic reaction to the Desyrl my friend took a anti depressant with a large amount of alcohol , a depressant. He could have OD'd.

Viagra I found usually works the best. 100 mg quartered (25 mg is best), the larger the dose the more problems later. I get stuffy nose but it has made bluish tint to vision or blurred vision and that is scary shit.
Cilias hit or miss and it does take longer to work.
Never took it much because I did get bad pain in pelvic and leg bones. But perhaps if you cut the dose. I took the max.
Levitra- very little or no problem (stuffy nose, a little flushing) with this at 5 or 10 mg, max is 20 mg. However some guys say this does nothing ever for them. I think its the best of the big pharma older pills and last a lot longer then Viagra.
Don't start at the max dose on any of these is what I think.
yes a lot of the generic drugs from overseas work equally as well, but its a crap shoot and dangerous if you haven't ever talked to your Doctor about ED drugs even more dangerous.
