I generally don't like posting long videos but this particular episode of Lisa Ling's show does cover some of the concerns about this class of drugs and their overuse
 
I take gabapentin and hydroxyzine.

Gabapentin used to make me one hell of a happy son of a bitch, but now I don't really feel its effects anymore. I still think it works, though.
 
I take buspar and it seems to have helped with anxiety. But it took a few months to really get going

2 x 10 mg per day

Against anxiety, I had Lexomil or Lectopam (bromazepam).
My doctor sees no harm in my taking it. I only take it when it's not right.
