Other fizzy wines may be fine, but there are real distinctions to be made here. There really are differences here.

I don't care what some French Gov agency says. Fizzy white or rose wine is Cham-pag-ne anywhere in the world. Insert SNL skit joke as desired.

I have a bottle in the wine rack. I have maybe three or four more in the spare fridge. Into the fridge for New Year's and then whatever, icy road or someone got sick, I forget. I've been told that once you put it in the fridge it has to stay there until you drink it.... no in and out. So in the the fridge it stays.
