Anyone Else on Low Testosterone HRT? What is your experience with the treatment and how has it affected your life?

Recently diagnosed with low Testosterone, very very low, almost non existant.

Doc immediately prescribed Nebido and I will be getting my third shot early January 2024.

For me it has been a life changer, it has been diagnosed as primary hypogonadism. Hell, my symptoms were too many to mention but the main two were low libido and Erectile disfunction.

Suffice to say the treatment has transformed my life, I feel like a teenager again. My Doc is a 'Hero' and I can't thank him enough, especially as the other doctors i went to told me it was all being caused by pre-diabetes.

Anyway, I am on top of the world and never felt fitter.

I don't have any experience with this...but with the Adenovirus and Covid certainly could not care less about sex the past few months.

Low Testosterone will affect so many things in your life. Glad you are feeling good soon after a few shots. I have been on Testosterone for over 15 years and it really helps with so many things. I never had it that low but I am not surprised what you experienced is life changing.

I was diagnosed with a simple blood test. If you are unhappy with the status quo it is easy to ask your primary care provider to test for low testosterone.
