I watched that movie tonight.... wow... amazing !!!...
A lot of blood, of course (well... Mel Gibson's style...) but a great story, the cast is incredible, the music, everything...
That's not a movie about the Maya Empire... that's a movie about family bounds, and sacrifices you're able to consent to save the people you love.
It's a 2h20 movie... I thought only 1 1/2 had passed when the film finished. I've been breathless during the whole last hour.
It's violent. Very violent. But beautiful and fascinating. The "Passion" was just a sick movie. This one is superior, in any level. Thank you M. Gibson.
... maybe, if you could get the same innocent mind and pure heart you gave to your hero, you'd feel some peace in your life...
... and maybe if you had read some History books, you'd have learned the Mayan Empire had disappeared when.... well... no spoilers...
