Yes. Lots. Every gay discussion board I've ever read has had both single people and couples who prefer certain acts. It's quite common that some gay men like oral sex and have no interest in anal sex. The opposite is true, also.

You've touched on some of the casual sex-fantasy situations. It's not that these are gay guys who are into oral, as much as it is gay guys who are turned on by fantasies about servicing guys. Particularly at porn theaters and adult bookstores, there are a lot of guys who are into the servicing guys fantasy.

Casual encounters are generally a barter where everyone wants to go home with something.

If someone is looking at your picture and picking you for a hookup, you will get more assumptions about what you want and whether you're a "giver" or "taker". OK first off masc and dom as I'm reading your usage of the terms, for a lot of guys are not interchangeable. Masc is a loaded term, if you are using it you won't get a positive reaction from a bunch of guys since it's part of the suite of homophobic baggage beaten in to the heads of little boys who like other boys too much - after all boys don't cry and no one wants to be a sissy.

Doing anal is work for the bottom in terms of preparation and is also a much more risky activity if you're not on Prep.
