I can change a fuse and screw a cabinet to the wall but apart from that my DIY skills have atrophied over the years.
Back in the early 90's I did install a ring main but I wouldn't attempt it now

I've yet to install any engineered wood flooring if that means the snap together stuff. I don't think parquet wood tiles count.
But the rest, yeah. all easy on brain power once you have done it.

Add on replacing the central air system. All of it.
Then replacing the Earth Stove with a pellet stove. I guess gutting the bathrooms to the studs counts somewhere, too.
Sheetrock is well. I can install it but I suck at taping and floating the seams. Just don't have the patience.

I installed skylights in the old house. That turned out great.

I'm ok with doing almost anything. Though I HATE crawling under the house to eff with plumbing. Sliding around in the mud to fix a broken pipe in February is not fun.

No to all of that. I can just about change a light bulb. After that, I get a man in for anything technical.

Not really. When the situation calls for it, I try to assemble furniture on my own, and fix some small problems in the household. I am curious about realisation of some bigger projects in the household, and usually don't quite have enough patience to work with the materials. I am more of an idea / project design guy. I also like to maintain cleanliness and change the room design (colors, textures, etc.).

I used to do some of this...but found that as my eyesight and back deteriorated....not much any more.

We also now can afford the trades to take care of us like a couple of elderly spinsters.

But I bow to everyone who does all these things around the house...because we are forever waiting for 3 years for an available body.

I have painted inside and helped paint outside. I had to help put shingles on a roof (which wasn't too steep). Of course I have cut the grass. Not much of anything else.

Carpentry? No, not really.
Tilesetting? Yes, I helped my college roommate and his wife put down a herringbone terrazzo a few years ago.
Electrical? Yes, most.
Plumbing? Some, but I hate plumbing.
Engines? Some, like oil changing, but I have no ambition to tear down any carburetors.
Paint? Yes, I've painted several houses, inside and out.
Appliances? Yes, but limited. I've tinkered and fixed some simple things, but not circuitry or anything like that.
Landscape? Yes, I'm an ace, and know how to design, plant, and select the right plants. Also able with a chainsaw.
Salvage? Yes, I've found numerous items in thrift stores and returned them to working order or restored.
Refinish? Yes, I've refinishied furniture.
Civil Engineering? No, the creek still floods the lower acre.

I'm only a little bit handy. Some items, even though I could do it, I would not anymore.

I'll add one.

Fixing an appliance.

Like the fill valve in your washing machine. It's a $25 part ten years ago. Easy. Ok, once you move the machine so you can get to the back side.
Cycling thermostat in the dryer? That one was interesting to figure out. $20 part and 20 minutes.
Oh. The ice maker in the freezer? $60 bucks, maybe.
The electric range has a bad burner? Not hard at all.

All of the above, I know folks that replaced the appliance.

Replacing a water heater? Ok, maybe not if the stupid thing is in the attic. But otherwise, about like replacing the kitchen sink faucet.

Maybe I got too used to being unfair to myself, but I always thought of Carlitos as some

Change light bulb and the fitting and the entire lighting circuit. Same goes for the power circuit, move sockets add new ones etc.
Plumbing hot and cold water systems and wet central heating systems but not gas.
Hang doors fit windows. skirtings and architrave.
Fit kitchens and bathrooms.
Some roof work
Dry walling and plastering
Laying most types of flooring from screed to carpets.
Re built 3 cars and 2 motorbikes.
Also grow some of my own food.
Make my own wine and beer.
Fix household appliances.
Build sheds.
Landscape gardens.
you name it I've probably had a go at doing it

As a boy at age 12 I wasn't afraid to take on most projects, I remember cutting down a tree and going to the ER because I had gotten a few slivers in my eye. I have done most thing on your list... some several times. A lot of this was out of necessity as I either didn't have the cash to pay others or was too stingy to part with the cash.

Now I often pay others as my eyesight isn't that great and I have developed arthritis.

i can do basic stuff, I unclogged a drain and did some odd and ends around the house.

In addition to many of the smaller household jobs on the lists, this is the sort I do frequently. Rather than using expensive OEM parts or cheap copies, I can often find an OEM part on eBay for a third of the price or less. Clothes washing machines and dryers, at least the older ones, are especially simple devices. There are plenty of instructional videos online.
Same for minor car repairs too. Search online by symptom and there will be a post from someone who knows what to do.
The problem is I tend to keep a lot of spare parts and supplies in my small space!
