couldn't call myself an actual fan, but i do love "Try".

I thought 'Folklore' was a major bore. The first album, I love, even though her voice used to irk me. I finally got used to it and now I find her voice appealing. I liked the timbaland-produced stuff, but, well, it got old because everyone was using him.

Got into Nelly after listening to Folklore. Haven't got her first album as it seems too 'poppy'. Folklore seems different though. "Try" is good but "Build You Up" is better. Would have to say her best song though is "Say it Right" from her last album.

I Love Nelly, i have all her albums. i think she is truly one of the Artists of our generation. I thought Loose was a Brilliant album. i dont think she sold out, she just tried something new..and she pulled it off...

Even though I hate anything pop or anything close to it, I have to say I really like her. I like her voice and her creativity, she's really underrated. Although I like a majority of her songs, I have to say the top three songs of her I favor are "Try", "Say It Right", and "Scared of You."

I enjoyed all her albums, while Loose had a more Hip-Hop and Pop sound other tracks on the album reminded me of her previous two. I can't wait to see what her fourth is going to sound like.

I think she's an incredible artist. Definitely represents my home country!! I think her first couple albums were great and she kind of drifted to a different pop sound on the last album The treo of "JT, Timberland and Nelly" really knocked it out of the park working together. All 3 had incredibly successful albums. Kudos!

I love this song. Her album with Timbaland wasn't bad, but there is something about her first album and her second album "Folklore" that is just so beyond anything I think Timbaland can help her with. Even if it doesn't sell as well.

Also, if you haven't heard "Shit on the Radio" from her first album, seriously? Download it. Or youtube it. Fucking awesome.

I agree :D

Folklore is my favorite album

She really is a doll. Whoa Nelly is seriously one of the finest pop albums of this decade. And Loose was one of the best albums of its year -- I don't care about the charges of "selling out" and the naysayers who didn't care for the "rapping part" because I thought "Promiscuous" was downright brilliant as a pop song. Another gem in Timbaland's impressive crown. He'll never top his 90's masterpiece "Are You That Somebody" but for a moment there "Promiscuous" came damn close.

Yeah, i agree timbalands finest produced song is are you that sombody. aaliyah would of probably taken over the music scene if she hadnt died. such a talent..

I couldn't agree more!! Her first couple of albums were a huge success here... Some people think she sold out but a lot of people were impressed by her new sound. It's all about maturing as an artist. Although it's quite obvious that the sound is more 'current' in today's pop standard, you can still spot her voice and her creative flair. Promiscuous is a just incredible..

Nelly actually won female artist of the year at the European MTV awards a year ago including a whole slew of other awards...All deservatively.

Timberlake is probably one of the best producers in the last decade. Everything he's touched recently has turned into gold!.. I'll check out his earlier works.

I love "Showtime" from her Loose album.

Sell-out or not, that's an amazing track.

And that was produced by Danja who I love more than Timbo..
