Back Pain

Gah.

My back freaking hurts for some reason.

I woke up like this.

It's also my neck that hurts.

I am wondering if a nice relaxing bath would do the trick.

If sleeping would help.

I heard that sometimes tylenol works.

I wonder if that would help.

Anyways.

Never heard of alieve but I have heard of ibuprofen

I think we might have one of those.

I always thought those were for headaches.

But I guess since it's sort of an "ache" it would work for something like muscle or back pains.

Try some pain meds to relieve the pain and soak in a hot bath to ease the muscles. Keep adding hot water to keep it as warm as you can stand it.

Robax is also good, but be warned that it combines both ASA and muscle relaxers.

I have never heard of robax but it sounds interesting.

But yeah I took a few of those "Ibuprofen" things.

They don't taste fun

But they did like my dad said. Tylenol takes away the pain. Which is good. But Ibuprofen takes away the pain and relaxes you. Which is much better. We are all out of that now. Should probably get some more. At least I'm feeling better and the day of the concert is today.
