I just tried a new cookie recipe. I'm making vegan cookies and, although I was missing a few things, I think they turned out pretty well.
You will need:
You'll also need yummy filler which can be anything, I chose to use:
Instructions:
Combine dry ingredients (minus raisins, coconut and chocolate chips) in a bowl, combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl and then add dry to wet. Add raisins, coconut and chocolate chips, do not over mix. Place on greased cookie sheets in tablespoon portions (you could put more or less if desired). Bake in a 350°F oven for 10-12 minutes. They will look not quite done, but once they harden a little they will be perfect! Yay!
You will need:
- 1 cup of flower
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- ½ cup margarine (or butter if you'd prefer)
- 1 banana mashed
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
You'll also need yummy filler which can be anything, I chose to use:
- ¼ cup coconut
- ¼ cup raisins
- ½ chocolate chips
