Beyonce has an amazing voice and she's a great artist but most of the songs on this album is almost too similar to one another. The song are almost too repeatetive, 3 weeks is not enough to make a perfectly decent album...this one felt too rushed in my opinion. She could have done better.

I was a little apprehensive about buying this cd, since I was not the biggest Beyonce fan, but that quickly changed. This album is definitely different from her first one but so much better. There are definitely some standout songs that I listen to over and over but overall the album is a great listen.

I was the same but am glad i got it coz it really an amazing album , and it dosent sound rushed at all which i thought it would

You all are such pathetic haters. I find it shocking how people can hate a talented person for absolutely no reason. You might not like them, which is TOTALLY acceptable. But to completely discredit them and all of their ability... there is absolutely no excuse. If you honestly love music, you can't say she is trash, because she clearly isn't. You might not like the material, but the girl is BAD. Listen to her vocals on the album. Listen. Resentment. Ect...

Sorry, but she is the best entertainer out right now. And the funny thing is, none of you can do anything about it. Know why?

Because her 9 Grammy's say your opinion doesn't matter. And her Songwriter of the Year award from ASCAP (second female artist EVER to win that. And the first Black) says your opinion doesn't matter. And because she's sold almost 70 million worldwide in her career. And because her album sold 700,000 copies BEFORE it even came out in stores. And it's projected to sell another 700,000 it's first week in stores. And she just turned 25.

And it's received incredible reviews from ALL major publications this week.

That includes 4/5 from Blender and 4/4 from People.

So all opinions filled with HATE and no education at all are being dismissed.
Truth be told... I honestly don't think Beyonce cares if people hate her for no damn reason. Because they don't matter anyway... only true fans of music. Because people who truly love music will respect her, even if they don't like her work. And for Beyonce, as long as her projects are critically acclaimed, she has NOTHING to worry about.

It has been known for the record label themselves to purchase a large number of copies of their main artist's albums and distribute them to radio stations for over-the-air give-a-way contests. I have a feeling her album sales are going to drop like a brick this week since Justin Timberlake's album has been dropped this week.

For now i would say Ring The Alarm is her best rockin' song to date.Crazy song,Crazy video...mite be a contender for nxt yr's VMA.
