How exactly does one get into the porn business? Like I know Brent Corrigan site, etc, has an application but will that really do it?

Does anyone have tips on how to break into the industry?

Thanks :-)

If that's you in your Avatar, you should have no plroblem.

Ive often thought about this, but can find hardly any sites in the UK

Well, if you are considering getting into the porno business, then they're are some things that you need to consider.
1.) Are you SURE that you want to do this? Once you do it, they're is no going back. And those video's will haunt you the rest of your LIFE.
2.) Remember, that every porn star you have sex with, you're having sex with every other person or porn star that they're ever slept with. And with every porn star they've slept with, and the chain goes on and on and on.
3.) Tyra Banks once said that "models are like tissues, they can be replaced in an instant. you have to remember that even though you're first film might be fun and make you a lotta money, they're are thousands of other people out there willing to jump in at any given time to replace you. Why start right off the bat with films? Tease a little. Half-naked pictures, nude pictures will leave the audience wanting more. The more they're willing to pay=the more that you will get paid.
Most importantly, USE A CONDOM. I can't stress this enough. If you are absolutely sure you wanna do this, then be safe about it.

I thought that there was a federal law passed here in the States about the mid 1990's that requires all males in an adult video to wear condoms now ..... which is why many boxes that the "XXX" comes in say .. "Pre Condom" ...
Several adult companies are reconstructing their older movies onto dvd by digital processing which could be why we see porn without condoms that are dated 2000 up ...

I dunno about any such law... but there are definitely a number of studios in the USA that continue to make bareback gay porn.

There is no such law. In fact, Chi Chi LaRue just left Vivid because they went back to condoms-optional.

I won't film without 'em...I don't care if peeps like bareback better, I care about my boys.

i hear that corbin fisher is very accomodating, if you're his type.

first thing you have to do is post LOTS of pics in your gallery. *grin*

If you ever do decide its really what you want to do i suggest reading below:

Write a quick list of why you want to versus a list of the possible negatives.
Ensure that money is not your main motivator, If your BF and you had a fight and you got kicked out, That is NOT the time to think about using porn to get you back on your feet, Instead call parents or friends and let them know what you are considering.
If you are planning on doing it because you love your body, love being an exhibitionist and love others seeing you body then thats a much better place to start from.
In that case, as suggested above, look around at various websites. Then select one that uses guys with a similar body type to yours.
Send them an email or fill out their application - Don't send Nude pics to start off with! There's no need, briefly describe your body type and include info about tats, scars, cock size etc.
If they like your face they'll get back to you :)

Whatever you chose to do, Respect the body you were given....Do Not Ever Sell Out and do Bareback Sex! Not only does that put you at the highest risk of catching all sorts of unwanted ailments (we all know which ones). But also you will find that your worth in the industry may drop as soon as it is known that's what you did.

Bareback sex is bad for the Models, The industry & ultimately The Youth that is growing up today with those movies as an example.

Good Luck, Be Safe and Stay True to Yourself!

i don't know what you look like, and what your limits are, so i can't direct you to a particular company. different producers expect different things: for example, if you work for Falcon or Bel Ami it will be safe only; Cobra, on the other hand, will expect you to BB.

it seems that several guys wet their feet on the these 'str8/amateur/fratboy' sites, like Corbin Fisher, Randy Blue, Sean Cody etc. mason wyler and damon phoenix both started out this way, and now have contracts with Falcon. these 'fratboy' sites are usually pretty good about safety (with one notable exception on Corbin Fisher). if you make the cut, you'll get flown to someplace nice for filming, like CA or FL, and the guys you get to play with are scorching :)

I think you need to submit the pics to us first. That way we can tell you if you should go through wih it.:D

I just read an interview with Mason, apparently he started out on video first, then went and did the 'fratboy' sites.

That said, the fratboy sites published him first.
