The reason I ask....is I hear most bi guys say they are more into straight acting guys.

I am gay and have been with several straight/bi guys who say I am straight acting some don't know Im gay some I will tell if they ask.

Just curious what bi guys think of playing with gay guys?

The gay guys I have fooled around with seemed caring and passive and I liked that. I just don't like fem mannerisms from gay guys but other then that I would be with a gay guy.

I agree. I dont care if youre gay or bi just as long as you arent fem.

I just don't get it... how do you act straight? Can one act Bi or lesbian too?

Yes, one can. Possibility is limitless.

OP: Yes, there are bisexual guys who like femme guys. In those situations they are usually only top, and see the femme as more of a girl, which is closer to what they like most anyway. I know/have met guys like that. Being it that I'm largely into more masculine guys, and I'm largely masculine, we weren't matches but made pretty decent acquaintances.

Well I'm pretty much in the same boat with others above me...I like gay guys more than I do girls at this point, but I do like guys that are more of the stereotypical "straight" persona. Now I do care that the guy is open and is caring and stuff, but for the most part, I don't want the kinda guy thats going to be making sure his shoes match something before he leaves the house. The guy I'm with now is more of the straight persona...which I'm pretty happy about

If someone is being himself, there is no acting in any way. Like masculine gay guys, even straight guys aren't 'straight acting' since there is no acting involved, it's just implied that all straight men have a masculine demeanor. That's what the term is carelessly thrown around to mean: masculine.

Straight-acting= a stupid way to say masculine demeanor. Yeah we all know what someone means when they say it, but it's best to try and kill that phrase.
