Saturday I woke up with some pain in my lower abdomen (it hurts over where the pubes ends). It has been ongoing since then and I can't see a doctor for 10 days (insurances stuff). I can pee but I feel like my bladder is never empty, but I don't think it's a UTI since I have no pain at the bathroom. Balls and prostate don't hurt too. Anyone has an idea what this could be? BTW I know that if a MD posts his opinion its not a diagnostic, only an advice.

Generally, new abdominal pain is something that you want to see a doctor about. Most of the general things that cause abdominal or groin pain are things that would require tests- usually lab tests and maybe a radiology exam- to get to a diagnosis and treatment. One of the reasons is a phenomenon called "referred pain": because of the way that internal nerves report pain back to the brain, some times a problem with an internal organ can be perceived as pain coming from a totally different part of the body.

Given the location and what you're describing, it could be urological- prostatitis and UTIs often cause a feeling like you need to pee all of the time even if it doesn't actually burn when you pee.

Does the pain seem like it's getting worse or has been pretty much the same since Saturday? Any fever or other symptoms?

I don't have fever and the pain is the same still Saturday. Actually it's not really pain, more like a discomfort when I do some moves like move up from a chair, but if I cough or sneeze it doesnt hurt. I don't think it could be a STD because I only had safe sex lately and my latest tests came back all right.

Both the UTI and Kidney Stones gave me this sensation .....though the UTI came with a fever eventually every time....

What I do now when I feel like I might have either one..I drink water with pure lemon juice in it 3 times a day....seems to do that trick. I had a kidney stone get stuck once so now when I know it is a kidney stone I start chugging lemon juice in water and I think it it dissolves it enough to pass whatever is left with little to no pain...

Could be a kidney stone nearly to your bladder.
Do you have your appendix? My pain was more from the middle where you describe and to the right side. Also felt like my bladder was full and I had to poo, and eventually had pain going through my upper back to my scalp.
If it felt like a bee sting I would add hernia as a possibility, but never had the full bladder feeling with that myself.

I worked in a call-centre for many years, and had a few UTIs there (typical call-centre disease...). They come with many symptoms, one of them was just like that, just lower abdomen discomfort and the sensation of bladder not being fully empty (try peeing sitting down, might help with that a bit and increase the amount of liquids you drink).
Can't you do urine culture in a local lab? At least here that sort of test is cheap to do (full price, without insurance or national health care).

The consistency and the location do point more toward urological pain which as other posters mentioned can be a small stone, prostatitis or a UTI. Since you're in Quebec, are you covered by QHIP/RAMQ that would enable you to be seen at an urgent care clinic?
