this is slightly embarassing, but i just want to make sure everything is ok. i had anal sex for the first time today, we didnt have any lube (stupid i know, but i just couldnt help my self) when i got home, i noticed there was blood, not too much (even though its only been a few minutes so i guess more could come) but should i be worried, or will it pass, my asshole doesnt hurt, stings maybe a tiny bit, is there anything i should do? i cant go to a physician because of lack of insurance. but any help or tips you guys could give me will be greatly appreciated
 
first off I at least hope you used a condom. The anal tissue can tear pretty easily. especially if you aren't used to having something up your butt. Also the lack of lube doesn't help matters. If it was a small amount of blood (spots in your shorts) and has stopped already I wouldn't worry too much about it. It may re open the next time you use the rest room or insert something. I've had that happen a few times. Take some warm soaks in a bath tub. that should help. To help prevent this next time use lots of lube. I can't imagine it felt very good without lube. especially the first time. yikes. What did you use? Spit or pre cum? Please tell me the other guy used a condom. Not going to go into the potential for diseases. You should know that already.

he used some spit, yes we had a condom, but he was much larger than i expected, and yes it wasnt very pleasurable it hurt like a motherfucker lol. there was some blood, and i guess it stopped but idk i havent gone to the bathroom or anything yet to tell if there is more
 
Glad you used a condom. Guess 1 life lesson learned. As I said. There most likely is a small tear and it should heal on it's own. If I haven't had sex or used a toy for a while it happens to me sometimes. Warm soaks in the tub with some epsom salts helps. Can get them at any drug store. Very cheap. By all means don't put anything in your butt for the next week or so. Let it heal up and then slowly start with something small and LOTS of lube. As long as the bleeding has stopped and it was just some "spotting" I wouldn't worry too much about it. If it re opens after going to the bath room, just hold a little pressure on it with some toilet paper and it should stop pretty quick.

the pain isnt too bad right now, but i havent yet gone to the bathroom so it could be worse, idk yet. lol i hope it doesnt take months to heal =/
 
seriously. get some epsom salts and soak it in a hot bath. I also used a little petroleum jelly (vaseline) for the first couple of days. just dab a little on your hole after you whipe or take a bath. Both will help with the pain and help heal. It's going to be sore. You sat on a bat and used spit for lube. While your getting the epsom salts pick up a tube of KY or some other lube. Both are very inexpensive and work well. However your butt is going to be exit only for a while. Let it heal. Don't rush it or your going to have to start all over again. Sorry this happened but experience is a wonderful teacher.

The trauma from anal sex is not too much different from the trauma of constipation. It's a little bit like a busted lip- tender, swollen with a little minor bleeding.

It can occasionally happen even with the most experienced bottoms if you get carried away but most of the time, it's a matter of the top rushing things and the bottom not being adequately prepared (lube, foreplay and patience).

There's some times in the All About Ass sticky at the top of the H&W that will help you deal with helping your ass heal over the next few days... and to help you prepare better for the next time.
 
As someone who is super tight and also suffers from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), I've got my fair share of butt issues. From time to time I will notice a few spots of blood on the condom after bottoming, esp if sex has been a bit on the rough side.

I'd suggest avoiding butt sex for at least a week. If it's a fissure it takes about 2 weeks to heal, but you can easily tear it open again. Also, if you find yourself a bit constipated, try taking a stool softener for a week to help things come out more easily. You can also apply a bit of vasaline or hydrocortisone cream to your butt so that when you go to the washroom things comes out a bit smoother. Those things all seemed to have helped for me.

It's almost 1.5 years since I first took it up the ass. Getting used to it.
Lately I only had sex once every 3 months that's becoz I see my guy every 3 months living in different cities. But for 3 months I've been bleeding when I go to the toilet, everytime I take a dump it looks like someone killed a rabbit n put it in the toilet bowl. I been to the doctor now refered to a specialist. I hope that this problem goes away. I'm afraid of infection, and too much lost of blood.
Im worried abt diseases. But Im pretty sure I'm clean from any disease. Becoz my partner n I were virgins when we did it and never had other partners. I know I'm gonna get smacked for not always using condoms

Eat lots of fruit and veggies, as well as yogurt, so you stay regular. And keep your bottom clean.
