I had always thought body builders love themselves so they are narcisstic spending hours in the gym Big gorilla muscle is supposed
to be the ultimate macho image Surprised to see on Tik Tok that many of them are gay craving other guys So do they need guy for sex or for love? I had always wondered

A body builder I used to know said most body builders are gay/bi because they feel that only another man can appreciate how hard they work to get their bodies.

Perhaps yes, perhaps no.

But this person suffered with mental problems such as loneliness, low self-esteem as well as the unavoidable wet, smelly armpits.

Not sure why you are surprised that many of the Muscle Queens are homos.

Again, I'd need to see some statistics.

Seems like some people who only seek gay environments only see gay things and get the silly notion that whole world is gay.

That sounds absurd.
Gays are gay because of hormones/dna, from embryos. They don't turn into gays because they start to learn what other men appreciate.

Maybe what he meant was that they are more accepting of their innate same-sex attraction

I think I know what he was thinking, but it's a complicated notion to put into a short sentence:
Bodybuilding may attract an assymetric proportion of the population, skewed towards gays, because they have a stronger appreciation of an ideal body.
Women (not girls) tend to value partners/lovers based on other traits above physical form, so there are other characteristics that hetero men flaunt instead.

Judging from what I've observed, the only ones who are narcissistic attention-seekers are those who talk about it 24/7, spam their social media feed with pointless videos/pictures where they flaunt their "gains," create countless threads about working out in forums that have nothing to do with that, belittle others who don't work out, etcetera. Alternatively, they could also have low self-esteem, and wish to boost it via having complete strangers on the internet compliment their supposed good looks. "Good looks"...yeeeaaah, about that..

Doubtful. Speaking as someone who worked as a receptionist at a local gym, gym rats are some of the fugliest mofos I've ever laid my gay eyes on. Hell, the only reason I even got the job was so I could learn their names, track them down on social media, and fap to their pics/vids and eventually catfish them. So you can only imagine my disappointment upon realizing that gym dudes aren't the super hot guys the media portrays them as.

Well, tbf, that's not entirely true. Out of the dozens of male clients we had, there were a couple (that's right, just two) who were legit attractive; handsome face to go with the hot body. As for the rest of them, my best guess is that they think to themselves something along the lines of "If I get buff, girls won't notice my face looks like it was pulverized by the ugly stick." Well, I'm not a girl, but I sure as hell noticed, lmao. And I'm p sure plenty of girls notice, too. I once said to the other two receptionists (both straight girls), "You know, those two guys over there are the only ones who are actually hot. The rest of these fuckers are hideous." And the moment I said that, both gals started giggling their asses off. So, they were fully aware of the repulsiveness of our male clients; I just had the audacity to say it out loud.

Sounds like he's one of those twats who insult people or things by accusing them of being gay. Which wouldn't be surprising at all, since "gym bro" culture is brimming with homophobic cunts. Unless he's gay himself, and thinks that a dude complimenting another dude's physique automatically makes him gay; which, of course, is a silly way of thinking. In any case, I'm p sure a gay bodybuilder would feel indifferent or even skeeved out by compliments coming from a dude who looks like his mom was knocked up by the elephant man.

Actually he was quite openly bi, in fact more gay that straight

Body builder here. I have no interest in sex with guys at the gym. I don't post videos or pics on social media and other places. I've posted a couple pics of myself on here. No nudes. Or even topless. I have no desire at all to show or talk about my gains. Sure, I talk on here about working out at the gym because I am interested in that subject.

Point is some of us do it for ourselves. Not looking for validation or anything else from anyone.

To me, it's a health and fitness thing. Physically, it feels good to be strong and agile. Mentally, it feels good to be fit. I heal super fast because of the fast metabolism from having a lot of muscle. I don't get injured very easily to begin with. And in a zombie apocalypse, I'll wager that I have a better chance of surviving than most people by simply being to carry myself with upper body muscles and being able to outrun most people.

One last thing. I fully realize no amount of body building will fix my ugly face. It is quite disappointing to see some people in our community put down others for not having supermodel faces. Not sure why the obsession with supermodel faces.

That postulation is certainly one possibility, although there isn't enough research or evidence for it to even be a proper theory.

The rush to evade all possible nurture components of same sex attraction led many to latch onto the possiblility that it was 100% nature. However, in addition to it lacking conlclusive support as a sole cause, I don't believe I've ever heard any plausible theory to explain why some men are bi, or who literally convert sexuality during adulthood, not merely "come out of the closet." Further, I've never heard the womb hypothesis explain lesbianism.

Of course, the problem is, it doesn't matter if 99% or 19% or .09% of homosexuality is caused by hormones or genes. The balance is not covered by that, so the refuge afforded by biology evaporates and we are back to Square 1 with other causation, some of which is likely nurture or psychological reaction.

We have to be open to research rather than research needing to prove something we want to be true.

I kinda did questioned some of the work out guys because they always like to show off their ass on social media stories saying "Do i have a fat booty" "look at my cake"

? ? ?

Looks like a perfectly good face to me ...
Thank you for the compliment. You gotta admit it's not social media material. And as a matter of fact, I am quite ugly to a lot of people. Been told this all my life. I've accepted it long ago.

And to be honest, I've always admired beautiful people. That said, we shouldn't be putting each other down because of looks. Everyone needs to keep in mind that what we see on media have been thru many filters, and I'm not just talking about software.

Well I don't know why. You have a perfectly fuckable face. And come fuck me eyes.

And you don't need to admire beautiful people. Just more baggage. There are probably a lot of guys out there who envy your body work.

And you are right. We need to stop putting others down because of natural features.

Just do you. Enjoy the fitness for the fitness.
