If so, you have Rosacea, a somewhat common skin ailment. Talk to a dermatologist; there are numerous prescriptions that can help control the problem. Minocycline controls mine, one pill a week.

oh my god that sounds exactly like what i have!

i just thought it was acne, but then now that i think about it i usually get the spots when im stressed or nervous.

as for the spots on the back thing, get them too not much you can do i dont suppose, im self conscious about them but have just learned to live with it.
