no, it's not permanently messed up. it doesn't sound like you were quite ready to get topped. let yourself heal and try again. make sure you use lots of lube and try to relax. not everyone wants to be bottomed, so you may need to know that in the long run, this just isn't for you.

Be sure you let your top know next time that you've not done it alot.
