Brit's Back...and She Brought Her Abs!

Britney Spears dropped by North Hollywood’s Millennium Dance Complex on April 23, where she torches the calories (up to 1,500 an hour) with jazz and hip-hop dance classes.

“Her body was in phenomenal shape,” instructor Darrien Henning tells of a recent visit.

As for her diet, the 25-year-old mother of two has swapped the Cheetos for healthy sushi and eats six mini-meals a day.

“I think she’s excited to get where she wants to be,” the singer’s trainer Manny Bujold says of his new client.

A staffer at L.A.’s Epitome salon, where Spears goes tanning, has an idea where that might be: “I heard her ssay she wants to look good in a bikini.”

I care....she has had a rough time recently. I know she caused MANY of her own problems....but I have to give kudos to anyone who has learned something as is trying to positively turn their lives around!

the abs look good, but i'm still not sold on the hookerwigs.. her hair should be grown out enough to wear a cute lil pixie cut by now.. i'm guessing her 'handlers' have decided the short hair would just be a constant reminder of her 'low point', and have decided to keep her in modacrylic until it's long enough for extensions..

I will forever be a fan of Britney Spears... here's to hoping she comes back with a kick ass album! Britney is one of the few who could probably put out a kick ass dance album... something a little "toxic" like!
