7 pm: Britney went to a hair salon on Ventura Blvd in the San Fernando Valley. Apparently she had called someone from the salon, which was closed, to come back and open the doors just for her. Our photographers say she was crying in the car for ten minutes before she went inside -- you can even see wet tear stains on her sweatshirt. She then went inside and did the deed herself -- picking up the shears and shaving her head.

When a woman shaves her head it's a sign of starting over. She's probably hit rock bottom and wants to make a clean start, turn her life around. Or it could be just another one of Britts cries for attention.
Who knows with these crazy celebs. She probably has postpartum(?) depression but has too many yes men around her and doesn't know it. She's so used to being the only one and now she's got two kids back to back she probably really doesn't know how to handle it.

Bitch has lost her freakin mind. Look at the scars on her head

"She wasn't making sense at all and you could tell she's not in a good place at all, and that she is totally freaking out," reveals Emily Wynne-Hughes, an employee at Body & Soul, the Sherman Oaks tattoo parlor where Britney got a black-white-and-pink cross tattooed on her lower hip and red-and-pink lips on her wrist.

Hughes tells Us Weekly, "She was a nightmare to deal with. She was screaming and flipping out from the pain and wiggling her body all around."

At one point during Britney's one-hour visit, Hughes asked Britney why there was a pink stain on her fluffy white handbag and Britney said she had "spilled Nyquil all over it."

Spears is unraveling before our very eyes!

Earlier that night, Britney brazenly shaved off all her hair.

When asked why she shaved her head, Hughes says Britney replied, "I don't want anyone touching me. I'm tired of everybody touching me."

Everyone at the tattoo parlor was shocked by Spears bizarre behavior.

Hughes, who was appalled and concerned by what she saw, adds, "After she left the shop we all just looked around and said to each other, 'We just saw a huge celebrity on the verge of a nervous breakdown.'"

this bitch is just pissed that all the headlines the past week was about anna nicloe smith and she wanted her name in the tabloids she cheked herself in to rehab and it still didnt get her name on the front covers so she check herself out and then did this come on the girl cries about press always around here and yet she pulls something like this in front of cameras the girl is a publicty whore
