The production is different, very different, i dont know what that noice is and its loud but Britneys vocals arent drowned. There is a guy talking mid way through but its the best version i could find because it just leaked an hour ago. OMG this song is AWESOME! This should have been the first single and not Gimme More. I mean Gimme More is a good song but this one is better as a come back song to me. I can not wait for the new album. Hopfully it does really well and she can get at least some of the respect she had before all her drama. I have loved her music since the day I heard Baby One More Time and really dont care how much fun people make of me.

LOL it doesn't take a genius to know she is singing about her life to date. Yhe only real maybe problem is that it might be too personal and sometimes people dont want to hear an artists complaining about their success. Although Glamorous by Fergie was a hit so we will see.

When i first heard Glam by Fergie i liked it but i thought people dont want to hear about how good her life is. Why should someone working minimum wage go and buy a single talking about the fabulous life of an entertainer. But it did top 10.

In any event many a critic is calling it the stand out track on the album.

THE SUN,

The stand-out track is Piece Of Me — a personal rant about how the whole world wants something from her. It opens with the line: “I’m Mrs American Dream, since 17, they want a piece of me.”

The chorus really hits home with a message about the crazy publicity circus surrounding the fallen pop princess. She sings: “I’m successful, rich and famous, I’m Mrs Oh My God I’m Britney Shameless,

“I’m Mrs Extra, Extra, This Just In, I’m Mrs She’s Too Big, She’s Too Thin.”

It is punctuated throughout with the line “You want a piece of me” — summing up how she feels about the state of her life.This is Britney hitting back at her critics — the media, the music industry, her estranged parents and the fans who turned on her.

Britney "hitting back at her critics"?

What a joke.

She is the one who has manufactured all of this drama. Staged papparazzi events. Wreckless driving. Drug and alcohol abuse. Now unfit parenting. Poor misunderstood baby. I'm sure she is just so confused why anyone would take issue with her public persona.

Obviously this song was written and recorded prior to most of her turmoil. And by that measure, that proves all of this drama was premeditated. A desperate attempt to stay in the tabloids.

What a scam. But i guess her hopeless diehard fans (like that sobbing queen) will still scream "leave Britney alone!!!!!!!!!!" LOL
