Brothers and Sisters - Season Finale

Hey y'all!

Did anyone watch Brothers and Sisters Season Finale. It was soooo good. I think I cried a few times. God, I cry pretty much in every episode. The show is getting so good and it has been good from the get go!

I am really excited that Kevin and Scotty finally got married. They're so cute!!!

I also really hope that Kitty and McAllister have a baby, seriously. It makes me sad, pregancies that is because you can never know what can happen, I just found out today that my friend's child that was due any day now, passed away in her belly today, so it's very sad. I love babies!

I don't know if I like the whole Rebecca and Justin thing though. It seems kind of akward in a way even though they're not related. Although the kicker is that there is still someone else out there.. Ryan! I wonder if he's going to come around early next season and if hes going to be a total hottie like all the other boys!

Just thought I'd chat here about it because it's really good, and thought others might like to chat about it!

I thought it was pretty decent. I like how they DID have a cliffhanger but they incoorporated it in such a way that it didn't feel like any other season finale cliffhangers I've seen in the past. I thought that was kind of classy.

And the whole Justin and Rebecca things and them kissing is kind of cute. I mean, I REALLY would have liked Rebecca to be related to the Walkers but I guess this is the second best thing. Even though it sort of feels like incest a little bit.

I thought the part where Saul walked into the room and thought everyone was talking about him and then he outed himself like that. The looks on his face were priceless!

Man, William Walker was a scoundrel lol. But I thought the way he reacted to Kevin coming out (years and years earlier) was also pretty basic and normal.

Overall, I really liked it and can't wait to purchase the DVDs. And I can't wait for next season.

OMG ARE YOU SERIOUS?! S2 has been FAR better than S1, in my opinion. Great standalone episodes, great emotional moments. I've actually CRIED this season.
On the second to last episode, when Kevin proposed to Scotty, I cried my eyes out ... I don't even know why. It was just so touching the way he did it. It was so sincere and beautiful, I dont think ANYONE has captured gay love quite like that on primetime TV.

They did this Justin/Rebecca thing because they are a couple in real life. I watched the whole 1st season and loved it. I have only seen half of the second season. I don't really watch t.v. that much. I guess I will wait till a used copy of season two comes out.

I think the first season was MUCH better than this one. I think it lost some momentum in the second season but I still loved it very much. Especially the first few episodes of the season.

Ok someone help me out there.
I watched the finale and was distracted during the last 10 minutes, unfortunately I did not save it on m DVR and can't watch it over again.
I am confused by the Ryan thing. Did old man Walker have a second kid with another woman, and is that woman dead, ,meaning Rebecca'a mom is a fraud?
I am so confused, please explain who William had this kid Ryan with, and how Rebecca's mom fits into all this.

It seems there is another Walker offspring with a first name that begins with R. They said the name in one flashback scene, but I forgot what the name is. It is a boy.

Should be exciting to see who it is. It will be someone Justin's age.

They WERE a couple in real life. They're no longer dating but remain friends.

I absolutely loved the season finale. The writing on this show is wonderful, and I am so glad Kevin and Scotty got married. And, although I'm not a big Sally Field fan I thought she was great on this episode.

I'm not quite sure where they're taking this "Ryan" thing but I hope they don't get too crazy with the Walker bastard offspring storyline. They handled Rebecca fairly well, but it might get a bit too much if they drag it out.

I agree that season one was superior to season two. I like the writing and the acting, but I don't like how they seem to be recycling plot lines toward the end of the second season. Ojah foods is in trouble... again. There is a mystery sibling due to the philandering William Walker... again.

I liked how Robert McCalister gave Kevin his ring as a proxy during the ceremony, despite Kevin dumping his brother earlier in the season. Either Robert is extremely grown up about the situation, or the writers hoped we'd forget there was a potential source of tension between the two.

I can't help but feel a little weird about Justin and Rebecca. I'll be interested to see how the writers navigate that situation.

What I do like is that next season a story centering on Saul is poised to go off in a whole new direction. I like how Sarah and Holly Harper will be forced to work together -- I'd love to be a fly on the wall during those board meetings!

A fear of mine is that they'll take the easy way out; Rebecca will get a call from the DNA lab and discover that there was a mistake, and that Rebecca is in fact a Walker.

Thanks guys, that's what i missed. Great twist to the story line, I love it.
I wonder what the writers will come up with for Ryan, will he be hot, and what kind of trouble are the walkers in for now? I am looking forward to next season. Love the show.
