So this is embarassing, but I've been to the Health Center on campus 3 times so far and I'm not getting much better. I've had these little bumps on my penis, right underneath the head (I'm circumsized) that hurt and are pink.

The last time I was sexually active was in mid November, when I got oral sex. The bumps occured shortly thereafter. Initially I thought maybe it was herpes, so I went to the health center and had a herpes test, and tested negative.

I waited about a week or so then went back and they again thought it was herpes (despite my initial negative), so they gave me another test and put me on a drug, doxycyclene maybe? I dont remeber the name exactly, it was doxy-something.

Anyway I tested negative again and it still didn't go away, and I talked to someone who said it might be more related to hygiene, so I made sure to shower about twice a day and use gold dial soap (he recommended that) and I still had them.

I recently went back AGAIN and this time they thought it might be jock itch (which is weird since it doesn't itch), so they gave me an athelete's foot creeam (what they recommended for jock itch as well) and the bumps seemed to hurt a bit less and shrink a bit, but after a week and a half of using it the bumps are still there.

I thought maybe it might be from masturabing and using lotion, so I stopped using it and just used spit, but it didn't have any effect.

I have no idea what to do and just want them to go away!! Does anyone know what it might be??
 
Bumps......what color? How large?
In a case like this I'm sure the mods will allow a photo.
OR.......find a photo that approximates your problem.
 
You should just go to a doctor in that field--urologist
and have it checked right. Dont fool around and waste time.. Just go to doctor and find out what it is.... were talkin about about your dick here(lol)

I'm from old school. I had a wart on my dick once that just wood not go away (little bitch) lol .. Highly advise against the above. But I'm sure I didn't have to even say that. Post a pic if you can. A pic would really help. Doxycycline is an antibiotic used to treat urinary tract infections and bacterial STD's. Herpes is a virus and usually treated with acyclovir or valtrex. A herpes chancre is more of a reddish sore that is wheepy. Not 3 pinkish bumps.

My advice, for what it's worth. post a pic if possible. Karabult is really helpful and a pic would help him see what is going on. Like someone else advised. I'd go to a urologist and have them take a look. Dont be embarrassed. Your penis is a part of your body. Doctors have seen a penis before. By the time you have gotten to your car they have moved on to the next patient.
 
What's your definition of bumps here?

If it's like something bulging out, it may be a genital wart (if it hurts like hell) or molluscum contagiosum (if it only hurts when pressed).

If it's an ulcer, it is highly herpes (especially if it hurts like Satan cries).

Anyway, post the pic. Your definition of bump doesn't really cover up anything.

And last but not least, it's the venereologist you should visit. They know better about these kind of stuff.
 
PPP don't show up suddenly, and PPP don't hurt.

Herpes or HPV (warts) would be my guess.

Well they have to show up sometime right? And I have herd they can be uncomfortable at points. Im not saying its what it is.
