Bluetooth remote shutter controllers are cheap and can be found most anywhere. If you have a selfie stick there is likely one built in or attached and removable.

If you're using a bathroom mirror, the vanity lights are probably way too bright and high up. And don't use the camera/phone flash, either.

It's always best to use a tripod, too. There are many made for cell phones, and adapters to attach your phone to the old standard tripods, as well.

As to the ass pics, consider this: it may be more effective in tantalizing and tempting, to NOT send the entrance to the cave pic.
