For several years, I considered myself gay because I only slept with men. I never found women gross or unappealing, I just wasn't all that interested in having sex with them. But lately, I can't think about anything else. It started by watching a lot of straight / bi porn, and realizing that it turned me on more than the gay stuff now. Then I found myself more and more attracted to specific women. My sexual fantasies began to include women more often than men. Now I'm practically humping the mattress. I feel like a girl-crazy adolescent.

What is happening to me?
 
A lot of men on this board start their adult lives being attracted to women and then as they get older lose that attraction and become attracted to men. Why not the other way around?

actually...i'm pretty much the same. i've always been attracted to guys, but over the past few years and especially lately, i've become more and more sexually attracted to women. no need to worry...just do what you like. nobody's "normal"

I considered myself gay my entire life until these past few weeks. Like you, I began watching straight porn and found myself much more facinated with it than I thought I would be. Now I can't stop looking at girls and I'm currently really into straight porn. This makes things so confusing becuase I embraced my sexuality and was proud of it, now I don't know what to think. I still love guys though...probably more than girls.
 
One hot thing I've learned is that a fair number of straight women have fantasies of "converting" gay men -- just like straight men like to imagine with lesbians, or gay men with straight men, or lesbians with straight women. Now normally that would be pretty offensive, but for guys like us, that can seem like a turn-on. Converted to being bi, not to being totally straight, of course.

I'm curious ... what types of straight porn get you off?
 
sexuality isn't black and white dude.. anything can happen. you may have never been appealed to women until now but there are gay men who just because they prefer men doesn't mean they rule out women completely. everyones different, and yea a guy can go any way at anytime there are no rules to sexuality, anyone can feel different at any point in time and thats totally normal.

I too used to consider myself exclusively gay, and then started widening my horizons. Basically I just like cool people now, whatever their gender is.

It's also how I ended up producing the kind of porn I do...I found myself liking straight porn more and more, but I hated that they hardly ever showed the guys' faces, or enough of the guy. I def like watching the guys, but I df like watching them fuck girls. I do enjoy some gay porn too, especially like from Active Duty, but I totally think it's hot to watch a guy fuck a girl as long as I get to see a lot of the guy too.
 
The fluidity of sexuality I think has been covered here. But in more practical terms, what would you do with your new found attractions? Would you go out and find a girl? Marry her? Have children with her? Do you think if you did would you ever want gay sex again? It would be nice if you found a down ass chick that would let you have some male male fun on the side, but personally if I was in that situation I would feel like I was cheating on her.

With these new found attractions, there seems to be a whole mess of worms to straighten out. I would advise a heavy dose of soul searching before starting any serious relationships, but hey hookers don't care. Have fun!
 
I think that, right now, I would enjoy a casual BF/GF relationship with a woman. I think I could be monogamous with her if that what we decided on. Beyond that, who knows?

Yeah, I'd prefer to see more of gay to bi or even gay to straight.

What was your first time with a woman like? Did you enjoy it? Did she?
 
Personally, I don't see myself ever doing something with a girl. I just don't have any sexual attraction to the fairer sex. However, I view sexuality as a broad spectrum, from 100% gay to 100% straight and anything in between. From my perspective, I wouldn't say you're changing, but that you've discovered a new facet of your sexuality.

I tend to wind-up shagging a chick every 2-3 years or so.

I'm about due, and it's been on my mine a bit.

Doesn't change the fact that I'm gay.

Though I was not, nor ever will be, "hunky", I did manage to have more than my "fair share" of FUN, with the ladies, in my youth! (Though there were a few guys "tossed" in there, too.) Even nearly married some of those girls!(!) :slap:

It wasn't until my late 20's that I finally went exclusively with Guys. Met "My" Kev when I was almost 32. That was 27yr. ago! :eek: ..|

Yup. Totally normal.

Attraction to the opposite sex can be a scary thing.. (a lot of lesbian women I know seem stymied by the fact that I have no fear of men. Which begs the question why are they uncomfortable around men in the first place? ..but I digress..) People tend to stick with the groups they know, and you know men. (why wouldn't you?) Perhaps you're now a bit more comfortable with the idea of sexual attraction to a woman and are losing that inhibition.

No matter what, have fun, and go with it. Don't psych yourself out or fret too much.
