Why is ok to cheat on your boyfriend/girlfriend just because it's with people of the other gender?
I could never date someone who thought that this warped concept was actually acceptable.

I agree, bisexual and would never cheat regardless about which side I am dating or in love with. To me the whole thing about being bisexual is that I can honestly see myself marrying either sex in the end. Just because i am attracted to and like sex with both does not in any way mean that I NEED sex with both to be happy. If people don't have a problem with others dating outside their relationship that is their choice but I don't think it has anything to do with being bisexual. Are their some bisexuals who need sex on both sides? I'm sure but I think they are the vast minority. Monogamy is good and while the gay community has a problem in general with monogamy sometimes Its mostly just because we guys are all to horny I don't believe it to be WORSE in bisexuals it just involves two sexes.

I don't see what a persons sexual orientation has to do with wether or not they can commit, I think it has to do with the person. The point is, if in that situation you couldn't handle it or were uncomfortable with it, how can you expect him to be. I think the two of you need to sit down and have a seriuos talk about your relationship, set up the rules so to speak. I hope everything works out for the best you seem like a really cool person.
