I agree, but but I am sure it is staged to appear that way...I am sure it happens none the less.
 
I knew a guy that was "straight" but he would come over to my house late, usually drunk, and want to fuck. He liked being "forced" and wanted to go through the whole rape scene including being held or tied up. He begged me to stop the whole time but made it clear he was enjoying it.
